Vardags’ children law practice is led by Caroline Korah, who advises on the full spectrum of domestic and international matters. Her standout work includes complex cases involving parental child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), wardship, inherent jurisdiction proceedings, enforcement of foreign orders, and protective injunctions. Korah has a multijurisdictional practice, strengthened by her fluency in English, French, and Spanish. Jemima Kearney focuses on private law children matters, handling disputes concerning arrangements for children and parental responsibility.
