Jointly led by Rachel Turner and Floyd Porter, the ‘reliable and efficient’ team at Miles & Partners LLP helps clients who are unable to make fundamental health and welfare decisions themselves. The firm is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor, Relevant Person’s Representatives, and relatives to work on s.21A of the MCA 2005 cases.
