  • Advised Macquarie AirFinance Limited in connection with its US$2.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of aircraft from ALAFCO Aviation Lease and Finance Company K.S.C.P, including advising on the transfer of four Cayman Islands aircraft owning SPVs.
