Advised Blackstone in respect of its flagship £1billion+ acquisition facility, involving a multitude of Jersey entities providing the group with substantial financing for future investments to form part of BREP's European property portfolio.
Advised on LXI's disposal of 66 Travelodge hotels. The team was heavily involved with the entire lifetime of the Jersey structure since its establishment and advised in relation to the 10 Jersey property unit trusts involved in the sale.
Advised Microsoft on the acquisition of units in the Goodman Logistics PR London 1 Unit Trust. The deal included typical thorough due-diligence and also dealt with a change of trustees, various reorganisation and restructuring steps.
