The practice is led by Emma Doughty, whose wide-ranging caseload includes complex hypoxic brain injury, stroke mismanagement, and cross-border litigation. Laura Preston  plays a key strategic role and leads on high-value matters, while Madeline Seibert is noted for her longstanding experience in catastrophic claims. Helen Osborne oversees a large team and manages a broad portfolio of birth injury, surgical error, and cancer-related claims. Heather Moore and Laura Cleevely continue to work on long-running  cases, while Nadia Saber is active in stroke and amputation-related mandates. The team maintains a strong focus on interim relief and early rehabilitation, and is frequently instructed in litigation raising novel or untested issues, particularly in the context of international proceedings, medico-legal governance, and mass group actions.
