The team is led by the corporate specialist experienced in cross-border M&A and joint ventures’ practitioner, David Scott, and consumer, commercial, and technology expert Julia Hemmings. Helen Johnson, who boasts longstanding relationships advising large-scale fashion retailers and consumer-focused private equity funds, joined the firm from CMS in September 2025.
