Nick O’Grady has strong banking ties, regularly advising syndicates to structure complex international financing transactions, expertly integrating English law documents with New York style covenants. The team is also very skilled at handling emerging markets mandates, with Luka Lightfoot regularly taking the lead for both commercial banks and ECAs on the financing to facilitate Africa-based energy and infrastructure deals, in particular.
