Radley College, Oxford: acting in our capacity as legal adviser to the representative beneficiary in proceedings brought under Part 8 Civil Procedure Rules, we assisted the College and the Trustees of its defined benefit pension scheme in Radley College Pension and Assurance Scheme and Others [2024] EWHC 2765 (ChD). This was the first time our pensions team had acted on a reported pensions case and was a significant step forward for our practice both in terms of the scope of our work and our public profile.
