Baker McKenzie‘s pensions disputes team is experienced in the full range of contentious issues, regularly handling work at the High Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. The team’s expertise includes RPI/CPI matters, regulatory investigations and TPR intervention, dividend payments, scheme valuation, and funding disputes. Arron Slocombe, a practitioner with over twenty years of experience in pensions litigation, heads the team.
