Born is a seasoned expert whose practice covers investment law, international dispute resolution, and state-to-state arbitration; Schwarz has a focus on arbitrations in the financial services space as well as issues relating to foreign investments; and Finizio has experience appearing before the ECHR and the AfCHPR.
