Nick Parker – Berry Smith  Handling both face-to-face and online mediations, Berry Smith's Nick Parker has ‘excellent judgement and good commercial acumen, and puts parties at ease very quickly. He is always very well prepared’. A mediator since 2004, Parker’s track record encompasses over 275 civil and commercial mediations to date. He routinely acts in mediations across Wales, the South West, the Midlands, and London; while recent appointments include a property boundary dispute. A Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council, as well as a recently-appointed chair of the Association of South-West Mediators, Parker is additionally a part-time Deputy District judge.
