Akin‘s ’stellar’ London practice routinely acts in energy, technology and infrastructure international arbitrations. In January 2025, Mark Clarke joined from global energy firm Proman as international arbitration practice head, replacing Justin Williams, who stepped back from the role. The team further includes ‘outstanding arbitration practitioner’ Kambiz Larizadeh; Alexander Trukhtanov, whose wide-ranging expertise includes international arbitration work; Jenny Arlington, who specialises in high-value technology-related international arbitrations; and Alexander Armytage, whose arbitration caseload includes investment treaty and oil and gas disputes.
