Hogan Lovells International LLP’s London competition litigation practice is jointly led by Christopher Hutton and Edward Coulson, following the arrival of a highly regarded team from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP in early 2025. The team has been further bolstered by the additions of Andrew Leitch, India Fahy, and Sam Brown, consolidating the team as a key player in the UK competition litigation market. The team acts across standalone and follow-on damages claims, including collective proceedings and regulatory appeals, and is noted for its work on precedent-setting cases, with an active presence in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), High Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as experience in regulatory appeals before bodies such as Ofcom and Ofgem.
