The team acts across standalone and follow-on damages claims, including collective proceedings and regulatory appeals, and is noted for its work on precedent-setting cases, with an active presence in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), High Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as experience in regulatory appeals before bodies such as Ofcom and Ofgem.
