Acting for the Ugandan bank, Crane Bank, and its shareholders in relation to special measures taken against the bank by the Central Bank of Uganda as part of an alleged corrupt scheme to take control of the Bank and misappropriate its assets. Claims are brought in unlawful means conspiracy, dishonest assistance, and against one defendant, knowing receipt. The damage and loss suffered is in excess of USD 200 million.
