Represented Cabo Concepts Limited, a toy manufacturer, in a £170m+ IP and competition dispute with MGA, concerning attempts to allegedly exclude Cabo from the market.
Acted for Suhail Al-Bitar and Antoine Karawani in their High Court Claims against Byblos Bank in respect of over £3m that has been frozen in their bank accounts in Lebanon and their claims that the monies should be transferred to England.
