Acting for TSB Bank in a class action by several thousand of its mortgage customers (formerly Northern Rock customers who all say they are mortgage prisoners and have been treated unfairly) in the High Court and were successful at a preliminary issues trial held in mid-2024.
Defended Yes Bank Limited against a claim by financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald for a financing fee allegedly owed by the bank. The case arises following the significant public rescue of YES BANK in 2020.
