Act for Soldier C, D and F who were members of the MRF (a special undercover unit in Northern Ireland) at the height of the troubles. An investigation into the unit by the police service of Northern Ireland has led the confirmation of their intention to charge them with murder and attempted murder in relation to an incident that occurred in 1972. The case is due to commence shortly and will result in numerous legal challenges, abuse of process applications and potential judicial review of the decision to charge some 52 years after the incident.
Acted for the famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in relation to allegations of common assault and criminal damage following a match last season between Manchester Utd and Everton.
