Many appearances in ECJ, European Court of Human Rights, Supreme Court, House of Lords, public inquiries. Recent cases include: R (UNISON) v Lord Chancellor, SC (tribunal fees); Lock v British Gas, ECJ, CA (holiday pay); Griffiths v DWP, CA (disability discrimination); ISS v Mediclean (strike injunction); Bear Scotland v Fulton, EAT (working time); Chandhok v Tirkey, EAT (caste discrimination); RMT v United Kingdom, ECtHR (right to strike); British Airways v. Williams, SC, ECJ. On Equality and Human Rights Commission ‘A’ Panel of Counsel; advisor to BEIS inquiry into workers’ rights.
