As head of costs, Andrew Roy KC is instructed in a wide range of costs cases, including acting for the Attorney General of St Helena regarding costs issues arising out of 140 linked clinical negligence claims in the St Helena Supreme Court, and acting in the Rugby League Head Injury Litigation.
