Referred to as 'one of the best for clinical negligence work', the team at 2 Temple Gardens is regularly instructed in complex and high value medical negligence claims. The group is adept at acting for both claimants and defendants, including medical defence organisations and private medical insurers, in disputes pertaining to catastrophic injuries, delayed diagnoses and surgical errors. Sarah Vaughan Jones KC is 'a great clinical negligence barrister, combining deep expertise with the ability to distil complex clinical facts into clear, persuasive arguments'. Turning to the juniors, Anna Hughes is a port of call for defence work, and Helen Wolstenholme brings experience in advising on gynaecology and obstetrics claims, spinal injuries and mental health-related negligence cases.
