Advised GeoPark on its bid for Repsol’s assets in Colombia, performing due diligence and drafting and negotiating bid and transaction documents for GeoPark to acquire 100% of Repsol Colombia O&G, which owns a 45% non-operated working interest in the upstream CPO-9 Block (operated by Ecopetrol with a 55% WI), and Repsol’s 25% interest in SierraCol Energy Arauca.
