The team, whose client list includes Chile, Uruguay and Peru, represents clients in various economic sectors, including oil and gas, energy, construction and infrastructure. The team boasts a diverse bench of lawyers, with more than half fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, alongside specialists trained across multiple Latin American jurisdictions. Kenneth Figueroa chairs the practice and focuses on investor-state and construction arbitrations.
