The group is now primarily centred in New York and Miami, with a smaller presence in Sao Paulo. The team is well poised for the potential opening up of the Argentine market, having advised on a multitude of transactions in that jurisdiction. Colombian native and New York partner Talbert Navia leads the Latin America team and has an illustrious record in Latin America M&A, private equity transactions and fund formation - most notably in Colombia, Chile and Argentina. The prominent Enrique Martin is managing partner of the Miami office where Nicholas Rodríguez also has an outstanding record in Latin America M&A, including numerous deals valued in excess of $1bn; Juan Delgado has joined the Miami team to reinforce its standing in venture capital and growth company business.
