It is particularly known for deals in Mexico and Colombia, though has an impressive record throughout Latin America. It continues to be active in energy and infrastructure deals, along with financial services and transactions in multiple industries. Amongst a number of headline matters, it advised Liberty Mutual on the €1.7bn divestiture of its personal lines and small commercial business in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Brazil to German acquiror, HDI/Talanx.
