Paola Lozano is co-chair of Skadden’s Latin America Group and heads the firm’s Spanish language corporate practice. She also has served as a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. Paola represents privately held and publicly traded companies, investment funds, and other clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and other matters, with an emphasis on complex cross-border and international transactions. She has been repeatedly honored by clients and peers for her outstanding performance on transactional matters. Clients include Citigroup, Grupo Werthein, Grupo Argos, Actis, Grupo México, Walmart, Moneda, Compass, Celsia, Intercorp, Nexus, Marubeni, Southern Copper, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and other investment banks.
