Hogan Lovells hired Mexico City-based Guillermo Larrea and a team from Jones Day in January 2025, to lead the firm's compliance and investigations efforts in Latin America. Larrea has an impressive record in compliance, investigations, privacy and cybersecurity in Mexico and across the region. The team's primary focus is on business integrity compliance and digital compliance. While much of its work centres on Mexico, Larrea and his team have extensive experience in managing compliance and investigations projects across multiple jurisdictions. Much of this work is for major multinationals and other large Mexican businesses.
