Osborne Clarke is building its presence since the launch of a Miami office in 2023. Led by the immensely experienced Javier Fernández-Samaniego, a versatile technology and disputes lawyer, the Miami office continues to be primarily focused on international arbitration and commercial disputes, including a major Colombia infrastructure-related arbitration and a sizeable dispute involving a Panamanian company. Fernández-Samaniego previously practised in Spain but has been gradually increased his presence in Miami, where he is now full time with a focus on Latin America.
