Daniel focuses on private equity funds and public and private property funds. Clients include: Actera Group, Ardian, BlackRock, Coriolis Capital, Invision, Land Securities, Lloyds Investment Fund Managers, Savills Investment Management, Segulah, Threadneedle Asset Management and Triton. Highlight deals: Daniel gave the Jersey legal advice for the first expert fund launched in Jersey in 2004 and has advised on numerous fund launches, restructurings and migrations.
