Ingram Advocates specialises in highly complex child law matters, appearing before the court in hearings for supervision and secure accommodation orders. Practice head Chris Hillier is frequently instructed to act for children and their court-appointed guardians, including in cases where parents with various issues have sought access to their children, or where children may need to be removed from the family home. Hillier is also able to advise on divorces and separations, including related FDR proceedings.
