Carey Olsen

Carey Olsen is instructed by HNWIs to handle Jersey-based and multi-jurisdictional family matters, including both amicable and contentious divorces and associated disputes concerning children, property and maintenance payments; the group is particularly well known for its strength in assisting with the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements.   • Represented a father seeking to enforce visitation requirements with his son after his mother had removed him from Jersey without permission.
