The team is led by Jiro Mikami who is experienced handling infrastructure and energy transactions, including the development and acquisition of renewable energy and other infrastructure projects. Alongside at the helm is Makoto Saito who focuses on project finance, natural resources and energy, and construction and infrastructure matters. Terukazu Katsuyama is well-versed in project finance transactions involving energy, IPP, as well as PFI and PPP projects, acting for both lenders and project sponsors therein.
