Equity Partner
Laura Gualtieri assists leading companies, banks and private equity funds in tax matters. She has extensive experience in all areas of tax law and is actively involved in structuring domestic and international transactions in the M&A, private equity, restructuring and real estate sectors. Laura also provides expert assistance to clients in dealing with tax authorities in relation to ruling requests, patent boxes, tax audits and tax settlements.
