Assisted Terna before the Italian Civil Court in a follow-on action, worth approx. €300m against certain companies found liable for participating in a worldwide cartel.
Advised A2A in connection with an investigation opened by the Italian Antitrust Authority to determine whether there was excessive pricing conduct in the district heating market.
