NewADVANT Nctm is providing legal assistance to Metinvest Adria S.p.A. in relation to one of the most complex Restructuring Project of the Country involving 1,500 direct employees currently included in a Forlough Project as well as all the economy of the Region where the Plant is located (Piombino, Tuscany).
NewADVANT Nctm is assisting Vodafone in relation in the aftermath of the transaction that was completed in 2024 that led to the sale of the entire stake of Vodafone Italia to Swisscom (owner of Fastweb brand in Italy), Vodafone Group entrusted ADVANT NCTM, that had previously advised the group for the M&A transation, with the assistance in the labour litigations that followed such transaction.
