Career
Yaniv Chajmovic represents general partners, fund sponsors and limited partners in the formation of new venture capital, private equity, and other funds, and in investments into such funds, as well as providing ongoing advice to the funds and their investors.
In addition, Yaniv represents Israeli and international venture capital and private equity funds in their investment activity. He also represents companies in Israel and abroad, beginning with the establishment of the company, through its commercial development, until its eventual acquisition.
Before joining the firm, Yaniv worked at another leading law firm in Israel in the field of finance and banking, providing legal advice to banks, financial institutions, and private entities.
Yaniv also served for six years as a legal advisor and as a prosecutor in the Israel Defense Force’s Military Advocate General Corps. During that period, he provided legal advice on security and criminal law in the Judea and Samaria region, as well as in the field of administrative law.
Yaniv is fluent in Hebrew and English.
