Tomer Ben-Horin is an associate in the firm’s Projects, Infrastructure and Energy Department and has been involved in some of the largest, most challenging infrastructure projects undertaken to date.
During his studies, Tomer was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review. In addition, he was an instructor on the prestigious Orientation Program of Tel Aviv University for first year law students. He was awarded a scholarship for academic excellence, and his student paper was nominated by Prof. Hanoch Dagan for the 2015 Annual Prize for Best Student Paper.
Tomer began his legal career as a legal intern at the firm in 2015, he made partner in 2025.
