Adv. Chen Manzur advises Israeli and international clients, from technology-based companies in a variety of industries and different stages of the growth cycle, to top tier VCs, investment banks and leading global companies.

Chen’s professional experience includes cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital and finance transactions, commercial and technology transactions, collaboration agreements as well as experience acting as special investigative counsel to corporate audit committees.

Chen is ranked among the top M&A and Startup Lawyers in Israel by the prestigious international rankings Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. Both ranking guides have been mentioning Adv. Manzur as a recommended lawyer for several consecutive years. The Legal 500 recently ranked Chen as a “Leading Individual” in the field of Hi-Tech & Startups.

Chen is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law.

Chen joined the firm in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he served about 10 years in the Israeli Intelligence Corps and the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.
