Under the leadership of the ‘sharp, devoted, and creative’ Miriam Kleinberger-Attar, the labour law team at EBN – Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano tackles the employment aspects of major transactions and high-value M&A deals involving a vast array of large clients from a broad range of industries, including energy, transport, healthcare, and education. Alongside transactional activities, the team is very practiced in acting for employers in class actions, crisis management, compliance matters, and delicate disputes between employers and employees. The group is made up of ’excellent litigator’ Noa Bar-Shir, who routinely takes on contentious employment matters, and Eyal Birenberg who focuses on cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions.
