Miriam Kleinberger-Attar Heads the Labor Law and Employment Department.

Miriam’s practice includes the provision of labor law advice in M&A transactions; labor law litigation; including collective and individual labor disputes; class actions; non-competition and non-strike issues; drafting and handling diverse collective and individual labor agreements, including those on executive compensation and (employee) stock option plans; labor dispute negotiations. Miriam also advises the firm’s corporate clients, as well as other clients, on all aspects of labor law, including employee recruitment, employment terms and termination.
