Position

A partner in the Litigation department, Tal Mayshar focuses her practice on commercial litigation, class actions, derivative actions, antitrust litigation and administrative law litigation. In addition, Tal represents clients in regulatory matters, including in legislative proceedings, dealings with various authorities (Government agencies, the State Comptroller, the Bank of Israel, etc.) and in privatization proceedings.

In a diverse roster she advises clients from the credit card, energy, industrial and transport sectors.

Tal joined our firm in 2002, after an internship at the Supreme Court (with Justice Or), and was made partner in 2010.
