Combining deep procedural knowledge across both conventional litigation and ADR techniques, FISCHER (FBC & Co.) is well-positioned to represent international and domestic corporates in their highest-profile disputes. Gil Orion spearheads much of this work, with deep expertise in securities law matters and shareholder disputes. Tamar Turjeman-Kedem also handles commercial litigation, including in the context of minority shareholder contentions, as well as excelling in administrative law cases, including in the context of public procurement disputes. The vastly experienced Reuven Behar co-heads the team alongside Orion and is well-versed at handling a wide range of disputes, including commercial litigation, private client-related disputes and antitrust matters, as well as often being called upon to act as an arbitrator. Ms. Cohen is a partner in FBC’s Litigation Department, her practice concentrates on litigating commercial and administrative disputes.
Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Cohen worked as a legal clerk in the legal department of the Supreme Court of Israel, following her legal internship there. She also completed a legal internship in the criminal department of the State Attorney's Office.
During her academic studies, Ms. Cohen acted as a teaching assistant in various fields and served as a member of the "Hukim" Law Review editorial board.
Recently Ms. Cohen acted as a frontal teaching assistant for Dr. Uri Ben-Uliel in the area of Contract Law at the College of Law and Business.
