Adam Finlay graduated from Trinity College Dublin (LLB) in 2003 and qualified in 2007. He joined McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2004 as a Trainee, later becoming a Partner and Head of the Technology & Innovation Group. He advises on a wide range of intellectual property, information technology, data protection (including GDPR), freedom of information and confidentiality issues. He assists clients in the public and private sectors with all aspects of the commercialisation of intellectual property. This includes advising on assignment, licensing, services, outsourcing, collaboration, franchising, distribution, agency and sponsorship agreements. Adam is a registered trade mark agent.
