He has a market leading development practice across all major sectors of development in Ireland and advises institutional investors, developers, government authorities, contractors and funders on all aspects of construction contracts across all sectors including residential, life science, healthcare, retail, office, hotel, logistics, industrial / manufacturing, PBSA, infrastructure and mixed use schemes.

Shane is regularly invited to speak to government and local authorities, developers and funders (both domestic and international) in relation to innovative methods of procuring large scale housing development projects.

He also advises in relation to various aspects of maritime and shipping law, including shipping disputes and enforcement of maritime security.
