Noeleen Ruddy is based in Walkers' Ireland office where she is a partner and co-head of the Finance and Capital Markets team. Noeleen advises international financial institutions, investment banks, arrangers, managers, private equity, hedge funds, agents and trustees in relation to a wide range of structured products transactions including securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), debt offerings, CLOs (whether cash, synthetic or hybrid), CAT bonds and Commercial Paper Programmes.
Noeleen has also advised on combined QIAIF/SPV transactions, distressed, stressed, performing and non-performing debt deals and other bespoke structured product transactions.
