Andi is a Senior Partner and the Head of Dispute Resolution, Antitrust & Competition at HHP Law Firm. With more than 20 years of experience, he has in-depth experience in arbitration (domestic and international), litigation (including employment litigation), debt recovery (PKPU restructuring & insolvency), compliance & investigation, corporate crimes, insurance disputes, cybersecurity, administrative and judicial review proceedings.
Andi is a registered arbitrator at Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan (LAPS-SJK).
He is a co-chairman of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission of ICC Indonesia and also a member of the International Insolvency Institute (III).
