Acting as legal counsel for PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia on its project financing of a Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery.
Represented Vale Canada Limited in relation to VCL's divestment of an approximately 14% equity interest in PT Vale Indonesia Tbk to Indonesia's state-owned mining company PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero), resulting in MIND ID becoming the largest shareholder and VCL remaining as the second largest shareholder in PTVI.
Represented Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. and PT PLN Nusantara Renewables in its joint venture and investment for the development of a 50MW photovoltaic (ground mounted) solar power plant with a battery energy storage system, being a landmark renewable solar power project, supplying power for Nusantara Capital City, Indonesia.
