Zulfiquar Memon is the Founder & Managing Partner of an award winning Law firm MZM Legal LLP operating out of Mumbai & New Delhi. He heads the Global Disputes & White-Collar Crime Practice which includes cross border disputes, involving active coordination of legal teams in multiple jurisdictions for various high-profile Clients.
Over the years he has assisted International Lawyers and Law firms in cross border matters involving - England, United States, UAE and South Africa for matters related to International Extradition, Financial Disputes, Company Matters, Commercial Arbitration and Money Laundering. Zulfiquar handles various sensitive disputes and settlements on behalf of high-net-worth families and individuals on a regular basis and is lauded for the confidence the parties to the disputes vest in him.

A Harvard Law School trained negotiator, he has led his Firm over the years to become a fifty lawyer strong team actively involved in international matters with successful associations & strong working relationships with influential, likeminded firms all over the world. In November 2020, Zulfiquar was inducted as an Executive Committee Member of ICC India and he has also been nominated to become a member in the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR - ICC Paris.
Zulfiquar has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal, Legal 500 and India Business Law Journal for his achievements over the years. In September 2020 he featured in the list of India Super 50 Lawyers by Asian Legal Business.
Zulfiquar is a director in MZM Care Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Law firm. The main objective of this foundation is to sponsor bright deserving students for higher education, provide mid-day meals to poor and needy school children, managing basic requirements of orphanages, working towards the causes of women empowerment in rural India and to provide medical aid to the needy.
