With wide-ranging capabilities, the department is sought after by a growing client roster which is made up of notable private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors. At the helm of the team is Yogesh Singh, who has considerable experience advising on exit strategies, reverse flips, and foreign direct investments. He is supported by corporate governance and regulatory expert Nishant Parikh, cross-border private equity and venture capital deal authority Amit Khansaheb, and Sneha Vardhan, who specialises in investment structuring, co-investments, and exits, alongside M&A.
