Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co's arbitration practice encompasses a broad range of domestic and international matters, with the team’s portfolio of clients including domestic and multinational companies in the financial, telecommunications, IT, technology, and infrastructure sectors, among others. The team is typically retained to advise on multi-jurisdictional disputes pertaining to breach of contract, damage and debt claims, shareholder disputes, and many more. Delhi-based Pallavi Shroffh heads the team, and is ably supported by Aashish Gupta , who is highly experienced in matters arising before international arbitration bodies. Akshay Sharma and Saifur Rahman Faridi are both active in commercial arbitrations before the ICC, SIAC, and ICA, while Shashank Mishra is broadly experienced in consumer, regulatory, data, and other forms of disputes. Ila Kapoor and Binsy Susan are also key names to note in corporate, energy, technology and infrastructure disputes.
