Co-leading the team are founding partner Shailendra Komatreddy and K. Shivacharan Reddy – Komatreddy specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises on M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructuring, private equity, and investments, while Reddy concentrates on banking and finance, IT, and real estate. Both have experience leading on title due diligence, real estate leasing activities, and real estate transactions. The group also benefit from the expertise of Mythri Jonnala who manages the real estate department.
