The team is jointly headed by its senior partners, who include Shailendra Komatreddy , who fields over 30 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, commercial litigation and restructuring, and is a port of call for real estate and private equity transactions. Yasasvi G.V. was promoted to partner in April 2025, and is often retained for cross-border deals, joint ventures and restructuring matters. Kaushalya Guduru departed the team in November 2024, and former joint practice head P Basava Rao departed in May 2026.
